If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to satisfy you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
Received an incorrect or damaged item?
Don't send it back yet. Email Amy at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to correct the issue.
Need to return something?
We can not accept returns of opened/worn/"just tried on" products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
All clearance items are final sales. Clearance items that are returned will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
If you have decided to exchange a pair of socks you ordered for another pair on our website, go ahead and order the new pair! Give us a call at (707) 397-1622 and we will take care of your order. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive them.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returned items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
