You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returned items.
Received an incorrect or damaged item? Don't send it back yet. Email us at mendocinosocks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to correct the issue.
We can not accept returns of opened, worn, or "just tried on" products. Returned items that have been opened will be disposed of, and no credit will be issued.
