My feet these photos are a “Women’s” size 7 - you can see there’s a bit of wiggle room in the toes and heels but the socks fit comfortably. My partner also wears them, and their feet are "Men's" size 10/11 and it's a super comfortable fit. Socks would very likely fit larger feet as well!
