*Standard Orders are processed within two business days, excluding Federal Holidays.
*Priority orders received by 10 a.m. PST Monday-Friday will ship by end of same day. Orders placed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays will ship by end of next business day.
Once we ship your socks, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when it is available - USPS first class mail does not include tracking information). Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
The most common cause of shipping delays is an incomplete/inaccurate delivery address. Please provide the complete and correct shipping address. As appropriate, include apartment number, suite number, company name, etc. Orders with incomplete addresses will either be sent back to us by the carrier or will be delayed in getting to the recipient.
The Village Sock Shop is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.
We do not ship to international or military addresses.
